Return and Refund Policy

You can return your order within 7 days if the product is sealed. If the product is unsealed, it cannot be returned.

Return Conditions:

  • The product must be in its original branded bag with the receipt intact.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, email ayatfahiemcosmetics@gmail.com or call (01115215257).
  • A courier will collect the item within 3 to 5 working days.
  • Delivery fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchange Process:

  • The courier will pick up the item first.
  • The refund will be processed to your wallet, InstaPay, or any preferred method.
  • For exchanges, the customer must pay the delivery fees again for the new product.

Refund Policy:

  • If the product has a quality issue or is different from what was ordered, the return/exchange is free of charge.
  • Cash-on-delivery payments will be refunded in cash or any preferred method.
  • If paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be processed after confirming with the client. Refunds may take up to 10 business days, depending on the bank's processing time.

Order Cancellation

  • To cancel an order, call Customer Service at (01115215257) during working hours (10 AM - 6 PM).
  • If payment was made by credit or debit card, we will reverse the authorization or process a refund transaction as soon as possible. However, the time it takes to reflect on your account depends on bank processing procedures.
  • Delivery fees will be deducted from the refund amount in case of cancellation.
  • Cancellations cannot be accepted once the order has been processed. In such cases, the return/refund procedure must be followed.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
