Delivery Time

Orders are delivered Sunday to Thursday between 10 AM – 6 PM. Once your order is placed, our customer service team will confirm via call or SMS, and you can expect delivery within 4 to 5 business days.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees vary by location. Please review the shipping cost before confirming your order.

Weekend & Holiday Orders

Orders placed on weekends or official holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking

Track your order by signing into your account and selecting "Track Orders."

Order Cancellation

To cancel or modify an order, please contact Customer Service immediately. Orders cannot be canceled once they are out for delivery. However, returns are available.
